I just started having this problem, but I'm seeing it in Sanctuary Hills (CTD when I scrap or store some items) I'm beginning to think it's Homemaker 1.2 with the institute unlocked & safessex compatibility mods, since I just updated those today. Scrap scrap still works okay (I was able to scrap trees & leaves in SH without CTD) Do you have any of those mods installed?
