  1. @HomerSlated thank you for your help! It may be too early to say that at the moment, but the Elephant's Script Latency Tester saves my life! Its user description also leads me to the Papyros script, where it is possible to see which scripts were executed just before the PC was frozen. This way I could see the mod that was supposed to be responsible for the freeze. I just disabled it and run some stress tests. It passed the test. Its looks like that the problem is now solved. But to be sure I have to do long-term tests (so play for a few more hours). Before I can say that the friezes are definitely gone. In few days i will come back here with the result.I will also write a summary of "how i solved the freezes". So that the next one who suffers from freezes is quickly helped. Big up and much thanks for helping me!
  2. I turned off AO and DOF (Rudy ENB settings). Also i changed iVSyncPresentInterval= "from 1 to 0" on skyrimpref.ini to reduce the performance impact. Now on places where it would normally freeze, the game is "only" lagging very strongly. My GPU is now running by ~70%. - i think further tweaks on the graphics are not necessary. Tweaks on the render settings helped, but dont solved it. It feels like scripts are responsible for it. For example, the lags can be reproduced reliably when I talk to a specific NPC. (Aela the Huntress at Pelagia Farm outside of Whiterun right after fighting the giant) Now I'm looking for a method to determine which scripts are lagging. I hope to find a tool for it. If someone here knew one, please let me know.
  3. @jjb54 thank you for your answere! Yes that are about 356 MODS, but 167 of them are ESL flagged. There are no master files or additional files missing for any mod (No notification on Loot or Mo2 warnings. "I already fixed all"). I installed each mod very carefully. "Plus you could easily have mods that conflict as 1 is trying to do what another is doing?" it is quite possible that something like this could be true. I for my side cant find one. I monitored my work processes while playing. I noticed that my GPU is always betwen 90% and 98% occupied. I may have overestimated my GPU when I made the decisions about the textures. Now i will try to make some tweaks on the render settings.
  4. Hello Community, I also have complete PC Freeze with game back ground sounds. Nothing work anymore, im forced to reboot my pc. At fact that the pc freeze, it is impossible to debug the guilty source by a tool (or i don't know how). Its only happens on exteriors. I suspect that it happens when the weather changes or by rain. But im not sure. Freezing also happens when I enter some villages and cities (often, but not always). I'm using a huge list of mods. It will cause many hours to figure out the guilty mod, by the exclusion process (uninstalling and test "mod by mod) - I hope i can avoid that with your help. I have to mention:to install the mods, I followed the Northern Experience Guide. But I didn't followed it by the letter (I knew its not recommended) - so I skipped some mods and added other mods into the game. Here my mod list and load-order: Modwatch What i think thats probably not responsible for the freezes: My hardware: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core GPU: GeForce RTX 2070 Super RAM: 32 GB BaseBoard: MPG X570 GAMING EDGE (MS-7C37) My save file (freeze happends also by a complete new game) Mods: Obsidian Weathers and Seasons (I already uninstalled it and tested) I thank you in advance for your time & help. If someone can detect an error on my load-order or some suspicious mods in my mod-list. please let me know. I would be very happy if i could avoid a completely new installation.
