  1. I was wandering if someone could make a mod that brings back the weapon repair system from FO3 / NV. I always liked the system that those games had as it makes you think carefully before using OP weapons as they often would break at an higher rate than other weapons. This could bring some serious rebalancing to the table and also makes for a great survival experience.

  3. Hello. I haven't made many mods yet, but modified countless others. However I have a lot of free time at my disposal, and there for want to craft a high quality weapon mod. For this I had the following idea: recreating the model, animations and overall functionality of the Mini-mg from black ops 4 (If you aren't familiar, look it up it's a very unique weapon). Base Functionality: The weapon in question is a hybrid between a bullpup-style smg and a minigun but chambered in 9 mm. It has 3 barrels that produce a high rate of fire, but has a spin-up time of about 0.2 seconds. Needless to say I would absolutely love to have this in my fallout 4 game. However I pretty much possess all the knowledge, programs and skill, but I have no experience with making or editing animation for fallout 4 of any kind. So hereby I ask for advice on what utillity/program I need to understand and learn to do the appropriate animations. Any other advice or opinions on this are also welcome.
