I remember reading on reddit how someone being unable to make their character turn and recently I have been having this problem as well. They said that one of their mods was bugged and removing it fixed the problem. The question is which mod?

I use this helm a lot and find that a random floating neck piece looks very terrible but like the crown like appearance.
