NPC's Won't Use Custom Weapons

Edit: Nevermind, got the npcs to use weapons now, I had to create a merged patch,now its the super mutants who refuse to cooperate, any help on that? -
I made a few custom weapons for a mod I am creating, Well the weapons work but the problem is not a single NPC uses the weapons and i've unchecked "player only", I've even tried leveled weapons, I have made sure that the npcs have the right ammo associated and all I get is them trying to punch my character and the companions with me. Could somebody please help me out? any help is appreciated :smile:

Scratch that...Creature model works in Geck now but now its all blurry with black distortion but the animations work...is there anyway to fix this? -
alright look bro...what you have is an illegal copy my suggestion to you is go out and get fallout 3 at your local gamestore instead of online or any other untrustworthy sources because they will sneak you an illegal copy occasionally without you knowing ...come back when you have a legit copy of fallout 3 until then no one in these forums can help you

nifskope mesh troubles

Alright thanks I got the weapon mesh's working but what about creature and armor? -
Everytime I mod a model in nifskope whether it be trying to add a scope to a gun or armor onto a creature whenever I save it when im done it and save it says "link points to wrong block type" then I go to the geck and when I open the file one of two things happen a( the branch I added doesnt show up b( the geck just crashes can anyone help me with this problem here I really want to be able to mod some models without the geck and nifskope making this much harder than it should be? any help would be appreciated

I believe that it would be pretty awesome to have an alien vs predator mod...even a playable predator race and all the alien caste creatures like the predalien and praetorian from the games I think this would be pretty awesome of a mod

Im having some trouble importing the enclave armor to a feral ghoul whenever I paste the branch it works in nifskope but when I save it says link points to wrong block type so I went to the geck to test the model and all it shows is the standard feral ghoul does anyone know how to make the armor work on the feral ghoul please? any help is appreciated

Well I was messing around with the GECK and found that when I use deathclaw animations for super mutants it changes them into a completely new form...and the animations work in the geck as ive checked every single one where the problem is...is that it wont attack in the game but it will run, walk, and strafe... I need help with this because if I can get this to work it will look cool. any help is appreciated...Thanks.

I made a feral ghoul look like its made out of magma however...I dont know how to get the blood to burn the npc with 2 hp a second / creature that attacks this feral with a gun or melee weapon at close proximity but not at long range....can anyone help? all help is appreciated and considered thank you.

Well I wanted to get some of the alien animations and models from the 2002 Alien vs. Predator game and make it possible to put into fallout 3 but when I used milkshape Import the .ABC file and then export as an .Objx File and then opened it in blender to then export the Alien model the model didnt even appear in blender. Can someone tell me if im doing something wrong or if its fixable? thank you any help is appreciated

Ive never seen that forum but anyway thanks because it worked. Although it was a bit confusing in finding where everything was in nifskope but then I found everything was and it became easier. Anyway you really helped me out thanks. -

Well im making a knife thats made out of a laser red color but the problem is it wont glow ive tried making it using the glowing one spell as a base effect but I dont know how to make it affect the knife instead of creature, me, and the npcs. Sorry ive been having so many problems lately. Any help is appreciated thanks. -
Custom Companion Dialogue Failure

im using a tutorial that told me to make a new variable called "status" in script and when I applied it to the conditions and put the script in the resulting end category as it told me to when I exit the quest it gives me this exact warnings saying SCRIPTS: Script 'DefaultCompiler, line 1: Unknown variable or function 'Status' and this one SCRIPTS: Script 'DefaultCompiler, line 1: missing variable name in set command. And I made the Ai packages and conditions as it told me to and same with the dialogue. Acually it doesnt matter anymore I fixed it yesterday hanks for helping though -

Hello Im trying to make a custom companion with the scripting and dialogue reactions so that way whenever I say "wait Here" he says ok and waits.. But the problem is I gave him the actual dialogue and scripting but everytime I try to talk to him it shows the message bar and nothing there then it zooms out again into game mode. any help would be appreciated.

I was Trying To make Human With a nice green lizard texture to make a new race but every time I select the texture it says path invalid or something. Any help is appreciated
