Well I eventually used console enabling mod. Working now and I finally found Piper after like 50 hrs of game play.

Having a game breaking issue on Far Harbor. I was trying to access DiMA's terminal with Faradays program and interacting with it said I had to get out of my power armor in order to so. Exiting and entering back in to power armor won't do. Also noticed how my Pip-boy won't show without me wearing a power armor. Can't sprint either. I've read how to fix this through console but now when playing on Survival it's no good. Checked game cache etc. My saves are all corrupted with this now and there's a good amount of hours put in to game play. Any suggestions / tips how I could fix this?
