Either someone is gonna make this, or I'm gonna learn how to mod Starfield to make it. Fairly self explanatory. Food and drink is a requirement else you suffer starvation/dehydration until you die. Same for sleep deprivation. And just because I'm a masochist for realism: remove all options to fast travel.

I had to mod it into Skyrim. It's a no-brainer.

I've no idea why Bethesda do it, but their games always have some unseen light source in the sky that illuminates the entire surface of the gameworld. Reshade won't fix this. In previous titles, this has been modded out by either disabling the light in the sky, or setting it to 0. If we can have pitch darkness within interiors, why can't we have it in exteriors too? Someone.. please make this!

I wish someone would mod out the spooky light in the sky like they did for Skyrim. No idea why Bethesda thinks night looks so bright that you can see the entire landscape with no light source in the sky.
