Disable all the mods that need PtAlchemy to work then enable them until the error shows up.

This is a regular expression, it's a way to make advanced search. I think one of your mods needs a version of PtAlchemy but not one exact version, so it searches for all corresponding files. But it seems this one doesn't do it properly. You should find wich mod it is then update it and if it still does that you need to tell the modder.

Hello, recently I decided to change Serana's appearance, but I stumbled across a bug : whenever I change area, she gets a random model depending on the mod I use to change her appearance. I tried these two mods : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82131/?, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/63553/? Only reloading the game solves the problem until I change of area again. Any idea?
