  1. Hello, I'm having exactly the same problem with a soundcard that seems to be from realtek (I'm not sure, I'm using a gaming laptop but my sound drivers are from realtek). I'd like to know which codec pack you guys used to fix the problem. I go to this website: https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm but there are too many options. Also, do I have to uninstall all my codecs and then install the k-lite ones?
  2. Realtek sucks, it seems that my only solution could be buying an usb sound card or something like that haha.
  3. Yeah, typical Bethesda hahaha. Seeing how they launched Fallout 76 nothing can surprise me now. But after watching gameplays of Oblivion I kinda fell in love with the game, and I was so excited to play it, even with all the bugs and glitches, but this stuttering is very annoying, especially now that the only solution seems to be to disable all audio. :( I appreciate your help, I hope we can find a solution for this. And yes, I also tried Oblivion Stutter Remover and its sound patch, didn't work. :(
  4. I have a gaming latop with a 980m 4gb, i7-4720HQ and 32gb ram, it shouldn't be a problem for a game this old. :( I also tried to play with the lowest settings possible, and there was no improvement.
  5. Not really, I have HGEC Body, Robert Male Body and Outfit Replacer, Oblivion Character Overhaul version 2 with their fixes and compatibilty files. Here's an image of what my plugins tab shows in NMM: https://i.imgur.com/eJR4o5a.png
  6. Yeah, I've tried that too and there was little to no improvement. :(
  7. My game stutters a lot, but if I turn off the audio via the .ini file, it runs almost flawlessly. My audio drivers are updated, I tried using headphones, and I think I have no audio codecs installed or enabled (I used "InstalledCodec" to disable all codecs that are not Microsoft or Fraunhofer related). Has anyone found a solution for this problem? I've done a lot of research through different forums, technical support threads and comments, but nothing works. I have Realtek High Definition Audio drivers.
