Was using Realenvision

I had assumed that was it, but that wasn't the problem. In fact, at the time of the photo, floatpointrendertarget was indeed set to 1, and I have decided to reinstall my graphical mods so that I can figure out what exactly was causing the problem.

Nvm, just going to completely clean game and reinstall slowly

Also, indoors works perfectly, but outside is as shown.

So, I just loaded up my skyrim save, after a month of not playing, added on RealEnvision, which I have used before, and all the mods in the same order as told in the install section, and this http://imgur.com/a/ZtHDl is what I get, please help me! I can't find what could be causing this.

So... For some reason, even with all of my settings on high, it doesn't affect my armors and clothing. The Xbox 360's textures are much better than what I am seeing on my computer. I thought it was a mod, as when i first installed Skyrim it was fine, but now, even after completely uninstalling and removing Skyrim and every mod, the armors & clothes' textures are... I can only describe it as fuzzy, or very low resolution. I still need to grab a screenshot.
