  1. Yes please, someone do this. Was looking for a mod to remove the effect as soon as I did the upgrades. No clue why they would ruin the armour looks for what is essentially a mandatory upgrade...

  3. Nevermind. Had to Uncook the game again but it worked now
  4. After trying to do it myself but having the tool break and refusing to export the fbx file from the w2mesh file with a 2 page crash, both using .bat and ModKitchen GUI, I must ask here for someone to take 5 minutes of their time to either just send me the files exported from the hook mesh, or create a mod and re-scale the hook to nonexistence. The mesh should be: characters\models\geralt\armor\armor__viper\hook_01_mg__viper.w2mesh Thanks.
  5. Already tired that approach using a tutorial here on the nexus, but the tool refuses to correctly import the mesh. Says it's imported but keeps showing the default mesh...I suspect the tool is bugged...
  6. Seems like that reference is only the ability horn, not the attachment. The attachment is present directly on each armor variant as a separate object. Now to figure out how to remove it...
  7. Would anyone be kind enough to hide/remove/delete/disintegrate the warrior war horn armor attachment please? :pinch: I found a reference at "da3//actors//inquisitorjim//appearances//warhorn//models//warhorn_mesh", but I suspect this is just the War Horn ability mesh, not the attachment mesh. Still haven't found the rogue lockpick or mage book either. Tried editing some lines in the EBX with no success. Tried exporting and importing the mesh doubling the import scale to half the size, but when merging it gives a warning that the "da3//actors//inquisitorjim//appearances//warhorn//models//warhorn_mesh not found". Any ideas on how to remove it would be great, preferably without requiring mesh or texture edits, unless strictly necessary or you can do me a favor and do it yourself
  8. Nevermind, found a mod that does that. http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/558/?
  9. Would anyone be able to add the "Tevinter Longsword Schematic" to a store? Or tell me how to do so. Right now it seems the only way to get it is using cheat engine, and I already own all schematics xD Or someone upload a save with that schematic owned. Item Details: Masterwork Tevinter Longsword DA3/Equipment/Crafting/Recipes/Weapons/Warrior/Longswords/recipe_lsword_t3_2_rare
  10. In response to post #27830930. The installer installs a broken shortcut...so..ye. Also, the tool itself does nothing, all commands must be done with batch files. It also seem like it's impossible to extract DLCs right now...
  11. I would be exited if the tools were actually usable and the guide made sense. I bought TW3 hoping it would be moddable like Skyrim. Too bad it won't happen since to create a mod it takes too long to bother, and the "community driven" system won't work.
  12. In response to post #24681829. #24686464, #24687639, #24689534, #24690734, #24694409, #24695224, #24696659, #24697089, #24697214, #24702624, #24708044 are all replies on the same post. @ PerfectByNature And you completely ignored any argument brought up and insulted both modders and users at the same time... gj...
  13. In response to post #24681829. #24686464, #24687639 are all replies on the same post. "I would have to pay x amount of dollars since my mod list is 2xx" - Well there's still well over 40k free mods out there for skyrim. No one's saying you have to have 2xx paid mods. You are being short sighted and completely ignore one thing, which is the reason so many people are angry about this. You say there are "over 40k free mods out there". But wait a few years and new games and those free mods for new games won't exist and you have to pay for every single mod. Which means that if you wanted to use 200 mods you'd have to pay for every one of them, no alternative. make it they each cost 1$, that's 200$ = the vast majority of people cannot afford it = modding community and PC advantage killed of. That's where this will lead. Spending 60$ for a game, then 30$ per DLC, then 1$ per mod in a game like Skyrim? The cost would go over 800$. Good luck keeping up with that. The sad and stupid part is that big part of the reason Bethesda sold so many copies of Skyrim was because of the craze over unlimited FREE mods. Take that away and Skyrim is just a game like many others that would have died off in less than a year. So if the paid mods thing becomes standard, companies will effectively be killing off their own free marketing...
  14. I have a problem with the default ENB files from the ENB website. I made some changes to the "enbeffect.fx" in game using the GUI and they appeared and took effect. Then I closed the game and started it again and my custom values for "enbeffect.fx" were still there but are completely ignored. The ENB processing is selected but it remains at the default values and ignores the set values. Changing contrast, saturation, etc does nothing... Any ideas?
