Is there a mod which keeps stage 4 vampires "hated and feared" - i.e. you get attacked by npcs - with dawnguard installed? I haven't been able to find one trying searches with all the keywords I could think of. Apologies if this has been asked many times before.
I've had a look at the various economy mods (that I could discover with my limited google skills) and they all seem to be either out-of-date/bugged (econ of skyrim), deleted (esro), do too much (morrowloot) or incompatible with skyrim redone (all). Is there a simple mod that would just remove enchanted items from vendors throughout the game. Or is this something a complete novice with the creation kit/tesedit could do for themselves? Finding a new enchantment should be an adventure not a matter of lucking out with a vendor. I'm losing motivation for dungeon delving and my character is only level 18... and I know from experience this is just going to get worse
In morrowind the possibility of corpus infection and being turned into a sleeper (with a tentacle growing out of your face) was pretty horrifying. TES being short on jump-scares (BOOOO!!!!) is a good thing. Cheap and boring; why 99% of horror movies suck.
It's worth it. Dawnguard integrates with the vanilla game (especially with skyre) and adds more options: quests, two new 'guilds', loot, locations etc. That's how it should be played (with a new or low level character).
I guess steam could have misdownloaded a file but since meshes are all contained in bsa that seems unlikely? Didn't meant to frighten you but I have personally only seen this in two cases (in oblivion, not skyrim). Once was with an overheating 8800 back in the day, the other is not uncommon with bad meshes from mods. I would download atitool and use its rendering error test. It's an old app (2006) but ppl still use it for this functionality.
That (assuming no bad meshes from mods) looks like graphic card overheating; possibly dieing. I guess it could be a driver error too, but if noone else is getting the issue with the same driver check your graphic card temps/stability (used to use atitool for the latter).
If the Spartans or Romans had female warriors they would probably have had boob armor given that they had ripped male torso breastplates. But they were homosexual so we'll never know for sure.
