I've seen several mods that break copyright laws for pc. is it the fact that it's for Xbox that makes it less doable? Is there any way around it?

I am hoping somebody would be willing to make a mod for Skyrim Remastered for the Xbox One that places Tommy Chong or both Cheech and Chong in the realm of Skyrim as a follower(s) It would be a very simple mod if dialogue was taken from the movies and implemented somehow into their speech. Can someone do this please?!

Hello, all. I have been searching for the "wings of the Queen of Bats" for a while for skyrim. I loved it in Morrowind (obtained using the Console) and I though...why not just post something in the mod requests? So here I am :P. This weapon is an unused Artifact from Morrowind..It's an axe, and I thought it would be a great addition to Skyrim. I would make it myself, but I don't have the tools, or the know-how, on how to make weapons. So please, could someone please please please make this? It should take only a good like 2 hours or so :P not long.
