When I try to start a new game the opening animation starts with everyone standing outside the wagon. no driver or horse to pull the wagon. and no way to move on. please help.

We would like a playable Shrek orc character. My son loves Shrek and it would be so awesome to see him in the game!! Or if thats not possible it would also be really sweet to turn some of the bandits we always have to kill into Shreks!
