    Hey guys ! I figuired out the problem for windows 7 users ! Make sure you change the SkyrimPrefs in your mygames directory (NOT THE INSTALLATION FOLDER). It is the same folder that you store your game saves. make sure you add the [Launcher] bShowAllResolutions=0 uLastAspectRatio=2 bEnableFileSelection=1 at the top of the notepad document!
