have you got EVE installed? if so it could just be an issue with one of its assets, try reinstalling it and see if that fixes the issue. if not then i have no idea

I have tried every other suggestion i can find on the internet. I have followed the instructions in the readme, i have anti-aliasing, anisotropic and water displacement turned off. i have installed directx9 and tried making a shortcut with the -dx9 at the end to force the program to run it. There is not background programs running over the top or bloatware/crapware affecting it as i just did a fresh install of windows to see if that would fix the problem. Ive tried using the injector version but the enb text doesnt come up when i start the game and i have tried taking the d3d9.dll from windows system32 and that didnt work either. i really need help guys, ive been searching for a way to fix it for almost 2 days straight now and im getting a little over it. Thanks im running windows 10 and have a gtx 970 if that helps also am running latest drivers and all that
