Try Pet - Call - Feed Dogmeat by Flipdeezy. It lets you pet him, gives you a leash so you can call him from anywhere, and you're able to give him treats, which actually provide a short bonus. If you pet him, he does a cute little dog dance. ^__^

I would say that if there's enough of a demand for an orphaned mod, more than likely someone is going to ask the original mod author if they can adopt it. Most mod authors don't mind, so long as they get credit for their work. I was surprised when Nuska's Ethereal Elven Overhaul was already ported over.

In response to post #43714405. NMM can still "install" the mod for you. All you need to do is download the mod manually, locate it in your downloaded folder. Open NMM and then drag and drop the zip file into it. You can then install like you normally would via the manager.
