I'm also encountering similar problems here in Finland. Since we were affected by Discord hiccups just a day ago I'll link this here: https://www.reddit.com/r/discordapp/comments/9wip27/discord_not_working/ I was trying to download Bethesda Archive Extractor but had the issue on other mods as well. Ping results were similar to those of others. Neither trying out a different computer, browser nor network helped.
