Hey, if anyone needs help I found out for my load order "Better Spell Learning.esp" was what caused my issue. Went and checked out the description pages of all the magic related mods I have since the CTD (crash to desktop) was happening when trying to buy from the mage in Dragon's Reach. Hope that helps. Dont forget your to run Loot->Tes5Edit to create SSEMerged.esp (Don't forget to remove LvL NPC and Lvl Items and clean the SSEMerged before exiting Tes5Edit) -> Wrye Bash all mods to build Bashed Patch.esp
