Been playing the game for several years but just recently opening in game consule to activate God mode for example I press tilde key game screen freezes pointer appears but no dialogue box so unable to type an instruction. press key again and it reverts back to the game. Have tried all the other possible keys such as ' for the English keyboard and I have uninstalled and re-installed Fallout 4 uninstalled and re-installed Steam but nothing seems to work. Skyrim still OK as is Fallout 3 so can anyone of you very knowledgeable people point out my stupidity please?
