Nevermind I figured it out

When I first started using Nexus I didn't know what I was doing and deleted folders that were empty without thinking about it. Now I've downloaded a mod that's supposed to go in one of those folders and I can't install it. How can I get the folder back? Or if that can't be done, how can I get to the mod so I can install it?

I have an install of Skyrim I haven't tried before this week and I have some mods, none of which are active. I only have vanilla, Dragonborn, Dawnguard, and Hearthfires active. The beginning of the game runs well until I have to choose between Hadvar and Ralof. No matter which I choose once the animation begins the game crashes. I had problems when I had mods active, as well, but my game is clean but is still messing up. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
