Hello. I am sure this is a stupid question, but i can´t find it. I am trying to install TES5Edit from Github (as explained in a steam guide). But unlike SSSedit from Nexus (wich is older), it has no exe. Could someone please explain this to me? (The guide is "2022 Complete Load Order & Basics+ for Skyrim SE 1.5.97").

Its such a pity that so many great mods have been created, but now the people apparently have moved to other pastures and there seems to be no one left to help latecomers like us. When i click on "merge conflicts", nothing happens. Solved: I left clicked instead of right clicking.
