  1. Similar to the first one you posted! I was thinking about the ones on the wooden posts that you see around the nakano house and Far Harbor, thank you though those are nice!
  2. Yeah they have lanterns, but not the kind I'm thinking of.
  3. I was surprised I couldn't seem to find anything with this available, but the lanterns you see and light sources around Far Harbor and the Nakano residence, they seem to have a specific effect on their glow and it'd be nice to be able to put some of those up around a settlement!
  4. "There is no feeling worse in the world than working so hard on something you love that doesn’t pay you." If you really love doing something, even if it's difficult sometimes, it doesn't have to get you paid, it's just nice if it does. I really hope that was just bad wording on your part because that's a pretty miserable and glassy outlook.

I installed the china-lake mod on the front page and the unique weapons that were hand-placed are in game and everything is installed correctly, but the script to make the non-unique variants and ammunition for them doesn't seem to be working, the script is in the right place, I was wondering if there's a way I can force the script to trigger via the console.
  6. I noticed I haven't come across any of the new Harpoons or 47-50 rounds in any containers while wandering the new DLC, is that just me or could somebody make a mod to introduce them?

So a couple of my weapons have changed and every 10mm pistol I find is a "10mm compensated pistol" but it's not even a modified pistol, just a vanilla one but the other weird part is that the weapon somehow sounds like the combat rifle and the even weirder part is, I attached a hardened reciever to one hoping it might rename it at least, it changed to a "compensated boosted 10mm pistol". Does anybody have any idea what could possibly be doing this, my mod list doesn't contain anything that I would imagine messes with that sort of thing. Nevermind I figured it out, it was extended weapon mods.

I've tried fishing around on the nexus and googling around for a solution but I can't seem to find anyone else with a similar problem, I'm 70% sure it's not a mod, I deactivated all plugins and the problem persisted, I went through a group of fiends fine until one specific fiend then crashed, I did the run again saved right before this one fiend and it's making me crash, I tried it on some other enemies, a super mutant, a ghoul, all made me crash. The fiend I attempted to kill could be killed via console, I then resurrected her and re-killed her and that was fine. Nevermind, I found the culprit.
  9. Edit 2: It's not just Callville Bay, it's entire lot of the humanoids and so on.
  10. I tried killing some lakelurks etc around the area, they died fine, I try to kill any humanoid/human/ghoul, I crash. Edit: I can kill the affected npc with console and they die like they should, but for some reason when I directly kill them with my character it causes a crash.
  11. So I'm currently trying to troubleshoot through trial and error what's causing this crash whenever I kill any enemy around Callville bay. If any of you have advice or know the issue, please give me a hand.

Is there any way to change this in the settings etc, or maybe even a mod, all I find is mods to make flora larger etc, I installed a mod a while ago that has affected the size of all plant life so it's slightly bigger than usual, even when I removed any mods associated with the size of flora they're still too large, roads are covered in ferns, I have beautiful whiterun on and the deathbell outside breezehome covers half the door and so on. Please and thank you for any help.
  13. I think this is actually my mod limit I'm pushing around 180 mods, time to compromise and learn how to merge mods, any links would be appreciated on tutorials. Thank you for responding though, I think you're right.

  15. So I've been having this issue for months now and several re-installs later, I just can't find what is causing the issue. What's been happening is when I'm in a cell like goodsprings for example, I'll then move to another cell, even an interior, like entering the doc's then exiting, all of a sudden every single npc's mesh is missing as well as guns, specific body parts are completely gone, creatures like bighorners etc are all exclamation marks, but they were just there a second ago, it also corrupts/changes the file format of my saved game, it's something that's happening mid-play that's somehow messing with settings I think, but I have never seen or heard of anyone with a similar problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.
  16. So a lot of you already know how TTW starts, you're in DC, make your way to the train station, then flash forward 2 weeks and you're waking up in Doc. Mitchells, that all plays out well enough, I step outside with all my weapons from Millenia's weapons etc, I go into another cell, be it chet's, the saloon or even out of the area, I come back, brahmin are replaced with giant exclamation marks, even though they were just there before you enetered the cell or left the area, and peoples weapons are missing, including your own, replaced with the missing mesh icon once again, then peoples bodies are gone, then doc mitchels head is bright purple and bald(er than usual), the next thing is you try to press escape to pause the game, or save or load and so on, the pause button no longer works, you're standing there for a few minutes with no pause menu appearing, you can't coc, you can't walk out and it be fine again, the game crashes, you reload the game and the save you were just using is gone and the file where the save is stored has had it's format changed to a .bak instead, I have literally no idea what could cause this much of a mess. TL;DR, meshes go missing that were just there and save game file format get switched somehow to .bak, making the game unplayable.

So I'm sure I saw a mod a little while ago that gave the option to reset official dlc like honest hearts or dead money etc. The mod would let you maintain everything gained from a previous play-through of the dlc; items, levels, perks and so on, when you're done you could reset the dlc and go back in if you wanted, I was just curious is anybody knew if this mod actually exists and knows where it is, or I'm just high.
  18. So I had to dump some stuff in a chest as soon as the game started due to a bug, so I spawned me a container, dumped my junk in the room as a baby, can anybody tell me the cell for the specific section of the vault you're in please?
  19. I wouldn't know how to create a merge patch for it etc, I have no idea how to do any of that, if you ever come across anything by chance, any help or a walkthrough would be appreciated greatly, thanks for responding though.

So I've looked about and it seems it's the custom race, more specifically the playable lobotomite mod uploaded by adriant1987 (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42925//?), the game does the cut-scene where you sacrificed yourself etc, or even the other approach of letting Lyon's lady do it for you, same outcome, just standing/laying there while nothing happens. So I was wondering if there are any mods that can change the race of your character without the dreaded perk loss of doing so mid-game, or any other fix perhaps, I know TTW isn't really smiled upon about here.
  21. Can you put mods for FO3 on it so say, Apocalypse armory etc, would that work if I just popped the junk in the data for new vegas?

So I've noticed slowly but surely as I continue playing quite a few interior cells have disappeared from my game e.g. Bradley's shack, Vault 21 and NCRCF Cell Block A, the doors when highlighted are just considered "door" with an option to open or close them, which does nothing, I can't COC inside any of the mentioned cells either, I was hoping for a fix and I've been searching for a while now for a possible fix, verifying the game's integrity etc, still no fix. Basically could somebody help me to fix this or re-add the cells seperately.
