Thanks guys, I managed to fix what I was needing.

I have been looking for a working save editor that I can change the level of my character with. Because in game they made it to where you can't decrease your level.

If you mean you can't open the compressed file (.zip), goto www.win-rar.com/postdownload.html?&L=1 When you click it, it will automatically start downloading. Once you've downloaded the set-up, just open it and start setting up.
