The problem is, as Shrektasticles said, RRAF, but the custom skeleton replacer (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16712/?) deosn't even work for me. The Breasts have no physics but the glitched Size is smaller. When I deactivate RRAF, the breast physics work fine for me. I hope Realistic Ragdolls gets a patch for that glitch...
