You have a Visual C++ from 2005 there.... that's probably too old. Keep in mind that the wiki is kind of old too. When it was first released, the toolset did the sql database installation for you but that was in 2009. You will need newer Microsoft SQL software. If I were you, I'd uninstall everything in your screenshot and follow this excellent manual https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/177587-toolset-help-required/?p=1616852 You don't have to use Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express, as it says in that manual (which is from 2010), the 2016 version works just fine.

With over 300 views, people clearly are interested in your post, so maybe reconsider deleting since you already put a lot of work into it? The lack of links, descriptions and variation in font size of some mods seemed to me like a kind of ranking, like some mods where the best thing since sliced bread and others just a side note and that made me sad. But if that was just a question of lack of time and you'd consider updating the list as you go along, this could be a very, very useful tool :)

Try to search for "Services" on your pc, or do it like in this video: Go down the list and look for SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) and make sure it's running. Maybe you need to start it again (just rightclick on it and you'll have the option in the dropdown menu)

Have you checked that your server is running in your Windows Services list?

I have a cutscene planned for later in the game, at the Arl's Estate, where Alistair "surprises" the Warden with the portraits of her parents, which he's salvaged from a dodgy shop in Denerim after the Castle was plundered by Howe's men. I thought she could have a good cry then.

I don't know if you can change an entire body model just for a cutscene, but this might work with equippable underwear - the underwear being the aroused version of your bodymodel. You could either carry that underwear around in your inventory and equip it everytime you want to start a sex scene or the cutscenes could force equip it on a "copy" of your character, so you wouldn't be aware of it. That would depend on someone being able to make said underwear and the authors of your favourite sex scenes being willing to make the necessary adjustments to the scenes.
