  1. Well, it solved nothing. Joy. Also, attempting to follow the instructions on the wiki page 'Steam and mods' doesn't work. There is no option to not have updates for FNV. I've heard it might be the result of NVIDIA drivers, but mine are new Specs: Windows 10 Inspiron 15 7000 Gamin Geforce GTX 1050 Ti Load order: EDIT: Currently, it is taking forever to load, then pops up in the same state as previously explained. Going to try some of the simpler fixes (deleting fallout_default, running in windowed mode, etc.) and see if that fixes it. Pretty sure it's a graphics problem. EDIT EDIT: Nope. According to the wiki, it's likely it's a master problem, even though both FNVEdit and NMM load the plugins just fine. Will look over again, see if manual searching turns something up. MOAR EDIT: Okay, not a master problem. Everything checks out. Now the launcher is crashing upon hitting play...
  2. Because the smaller screen has a grey border. On startup- click play, immediately comes up. I did. *grumbles about Windows and default Steam annoyances* Will go through the article, rework my install paths to fit it, and let you know how it goes.
  3. Okay, so for some reason whenever I try to play the game, I get a black screen with a black window in the upper left corner. Often, it will not respond to attempts to remove it, necessitating a restart of my computer. Deactivated all mods and it ran fine, going back through my mods list and it still persists... Closest thing I've seen discussed is if I had an ENB (apparently that's a Win10 problem) but I have not downloaded any. This is my load order, which I've mostly done by using the auto-plugin sort on NMM.
  4. Cleaned up load order, as requested: Several of the 'no DLC' patches are due to the fact that the mods work on an 'all-or-nothing' approach- either you download the non-DLC version, or you download the one for ALL the DLC. I use FOMM, if that helps. I also checked with FNVEdit, and there are no conflicts with the suitcases themselves. So I have no idea why it's doing this.
  5. This is an odd little bug. Alright, some mods spawn in containers with the stuff inside rather than simply adding the items to your inventory, yes? Well, for some reason, the suitcases for a couple of mods simply aren't appearing. I've checked both areas for the mods (Companion's Infinite Ammo and New Vegas Hitman Suit, in Goodsprings and Primm respectively) and the suitcases don't show up. I don't have this problem with Tailor Maid, which spawns in trunks, so I think it's something to do with suitcases specifically. Copy of my load order:
  6. It's possible to have the coat of the Ranger Combat Armor as a separate item- JaySuS has a mod that does so. What I'm proposing is a mod that splits the Armor into two parts- the duster and the riot armor. If possible, it might be made to work on mod-added variants like the Courier's Combat Armor? In all likelihood, the stats would remain with the armor portion, with the duster providing a bit of extra DT.
