I wanted to reinstall Vortex ( I uninstalled it by deleting every vortex file because it wouldn't work with the uninstalling program) and when I try to install it, I get a pop-up saying that Vortex is already running. If anyone can help me fix this or at least clear up this situation for me it would really help. Thanks in advance :)

i tried to remove the wisp fog but it didn't anything ,pls help
