I FOUND HOW!!! I did save in some cave near solitude and turn Open cities on again then i come to solitude and all was ok

GUYS!!!! Julsnice is right, BUT enb effect will be changed. Better turn antialiasing on none! Effect will be saved. We still have SSAO antialiasing = )
