This bug has not been fixed for almost 4 years now, and I still cant seem to find a mod to fix this. I am reluctant to download Place Everywhere, and I have already tried placing wooden floors. I rebuilt my vault, and I have typed "scrapall" in the console with Spring Cleaning installed to not have to spend days doing it manually. I have already tried uninstalling it and it didn't work. I need a working mod for PC so I can fix this. Any help?

Hey there, man from the future here. It is 2020, and this problem has still not been fixed. Does anyone have a working mod link for this? Because I get a 404 error after clicking the link.

I tried sleeping for over a month in the makeshift bunker in Sanctuary, and it did not do anything. Does it have to be exactly a month, or is there a exact location to wait? If it has to be exactly a in-game month, then can you show me the exact command to skip that part of the mission OR pick up the artillery with commands.
