My list mod

Hi, I have modded my skyrim with this "tutorial" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30936/? and my skyrim run at 40-50 fps and sometime under 40 fps, but i have a gtx 1060 6goddr5, i5 6600k and 8go ddr4, it's normal or there's a problems in my instalation ? If you have ideas pls help me thx
