I created obj files for a sword, its sheath, and a blood obj in cinema 4d, and also textured these, using photoshop with dds plugin to edit the alpha channels and the like. However, I cannot get Nifskope for work for the life of me. I've tried old versions of it, and new versions, and none of them fully work. I've even tried oldrim and sse versions of outfit studio to screw around trying to make nifs but this also does not work. There are no updated tutorials on making new weapons for skyrim special edition or even oldrim ANYWHERE despite the modding community still being active. I need help, does anyone know of a tutorial anywhere for creating new weapons in skyrim that isn't completely outdated? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
