If you report to Far Harbor about your findings, you can talk to the guy who runs the arms store (I forget his name) about it. He'll lead an attack on Acadia. The Brotherhood "ending" is a massive disappointment. It's fun (if it works), but it only takes out Acadia and leaves the issues in Far Harbor completely unresolved. As far as wiping out The Children of Atom, I just marched in and leveled the place. And unfortunately, there's no way to both save the girl and dispose of the synths, so I understand the dilemma there. It seems to be a recurring theme that neither my power armor or my charisma have the impact they should. I believe you can alternatively just have Dima shut down. That will leave Acadia intact, but without its ring leader to cause more trouble. The girl will still come home with you in this case, I think.
