haveing any sort of scrap mods scrap-everything, spring-cleaning, etc will conflict with mods that mess with precombines sutch as boston fps fix urban area fps fix and modifing the ini will do that. you cant have both

ok so i'm kinda dumb. Boston fps fix (ironically) was making it so textures would be invisible and i didn't notice and every time i would pass by them it would lag the crap out of my game. and now some of my texture mods that i didnt know wernt being loaded are now. i mean Boston is still laggy as hell but now i can actually walk thru it with 10-15 ish frames edit: also there were a few bethesta.net mods on because my brother likes watching me suffer apprently so i deleted them, not sure if it helped but whatever.

OK so when i play fallout 4 and go into the workshop mode it works fine for a little bit but after about 5-10 mins everytime i hover over an object the game lags like crazy and i get like 3 fps, when i'm not looking at an object the game works just fine. when i'm out of the workshop and i look at objects its fine as well, just the workshop mode.
