Still even though i think you shouldn't lock mods behind a paywall. I still think some modders do deserve some payment for their work. maby just adding a donation function for modders would be a cool middle ground?

And for the love of god if it's another open world RPG, they need to put in a better engine that makes combat not look retarded. I mean have you ever had a big gun fight in fallout that looked epic and not a few dolls making robot moves missing 90% of their shots

The cloacks of skyrim can't both be checked i had this too and this solved it.

I think i can do a rune effect with summoning but i don't know how to make a circle effect with spells maby if i load up what the korean guy made i can use his effect or something?

I am trying to find a way too do it. I know this thread is old, and there already is a mod for this but that mod is a irritating because it makes explosions.

I have a problem most mods like dwemer rifle , apocalypse and much more mods arent working for me i installed them with nexus mod manager but there not working please help i would be greatfull Best regards Ridoms
