  1. I fixed it by using Fallrim's Resaver tool and deleting all the deletable script stuff and then reloading my save. Now he works :D (i only deleted the script stuff on my save in regards to his .esp)
  2. Thanks everyone for your help :D In my case, MaxArturo, even if I just spawn a skeever and have him kill it with me doing nothing, he still dismisses himself after battle. However, I will try adding that script to him and see how it goes. MFitz, ty for the console command! I will try that and let you know how it goes. NexusComa2, you are probably right. I might need a new save for the follower, but in that case i will just give up on him and go get Inigo.. i've remade this save 3 times ;-; Edit: Ok, so i tried all the suggestions. None of it is working, but I am making sure i am not hitting him. I have uploaded a example video here: https://streamable.com/v3e6br I do Sifh 1 on him, i summon the enemy, my followers kill the enemy, he leaves my party.
  3. I am having this issue too, except I followed Joseph Russels tutorial. The follower works fine in other saves, but in my current saves he keeps leaving after combat. hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
  4. Hi, I'm working on a custom voiced follower following Joseph Russels wonderful guide on how to make a follower like Lucien Flavius. However, my follower dismisses himself immediately after combat happens. I am not sure why. Please help! Thank you.
  5. Well, I didn't port him. By porting, I meant I took the files required to run the mod (meshes, textures, scripts, .esp, facegenfiles,voice files, etc) and .rar'd it. Then I extracted it into my data folder and ran it like i would any other mod. he works, just that one thing is being weird. since he runs on a custom framework, if i add him to NFF his voicelines break. :(
  6. I made a custom follower using Joseph Russels tutorial. I ported him to VR from SE, and when we fight enemies, the second the battle ends I get "your follower has left your service" and no option to recruit him back. WTF?
  7. This mod is awesome,tysm for making it :D It makes a huge difference. It looks great in VR! I have a question tho, will there be a day where we can change health bar/stamina/magika bar?

  9. Update: I ended up fixing it. That tutorial is outdated and pretty bad. I followed Joseph Russel's "How to Make a Follower Mod Like Lucien Flavius" tutorial and it worked perfectly. Highly, highly recommend! (I'll definitely be using that tutorial again when I make my next follower mod)

  11. I have been following this guide: https://deck16.net/p...n-skyrim-part-5 and am stuck on this part. My follower only says "Hello" to me and does not have a open dialogue box. I seriously don't know what the hell went wrong or why this has happened. Please can someone help me Things i've tried: Disabling AFT. Did not work. Making SEQ file. Did not work. Reloading save in front of him. Did not work. Setting DialogueFavorGeneric's "Follow me, i need your help" line that i was using to put him in "PotentialHirling" faction. Did not work. Please help me :(

  15. And I just checked SQV again, now its just saying stopped, even if i do setstage it doesn't change stage, or start running. When I pick up a book nothing happens.
  16. Okay, i set up your script, replacing Skulls with HSiV1 (my book model title) However, the quest is not appearing in my log. When I do sqv a4009501 (my quest ID) it says its running, and on stage 10 (the stage that should activate when you pick up a single book, which starts the treasure hunt) I'm not sure what's happening.
  17. Actually, sorry to bother you again but I am not sure how to translate that script into what I need (Count books being picked up) I'm still relatively new to the CK ;-;

I am trying to make a quest for this mod I have made. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/45438/ I want to make the player collect 12 copies of the book scattered around Whiterun. I want them to recieve 1 gold when they have completed it. I want it to say "1/12" collected "5/12" collected, etc. like it does in skyrim with other quests when you need to collect a certain amount of items. I have been following a guide, but it is not working. I have zero idea what the hell half of the things they are saying and honestly i am getting kinda frustrated with it. Can somebody please walk me through how to make this quest? I don't understand why it is so hard. This feels like it should be easy. Maybe i am just bad at modding. IDK. Please help ;-;

I have put him into VRChat, DMC5, and MMD. I really want him to be my Skyrim follower, but I am completely 100% new to modding Bethesda engine games. If someone could give me a guide to make a completely custom body-head follower, thank you! Please help me D: Thank you for your time, So far my process has been: In 3DSmax, export seperate head .fbx and body .fbx in Outfit studio, import head .fbx and export as .nif In outfit studio, import body .fbx and export as .nif however.. in creation kit.. idk how to use it.. idk how to do this. Can someone help me? I want this guy as a follower but i really really dont know what i am doing and i cant find help anywhere. Even the Lucien guide isnt helpful because he doesnt talk about modding with custom models. Please somebody help me
