"To me, all I see is greed. We don't complain when sites like the Nexus or Youtube advertisers make money..." I complain pretty heavily when Youtube advertisers make money, depending on the content they're producing (such as most Let's Plays). But Nexus is a totally different service; it isn't a hobby that someone's putting out there for peoples' entertainment. It's a series of file hosting servers, which requires money constantly to keep afloat. It's not like someone whipped up the Nexus one weekend while they were bored and now it's just out here, totally self-sufficient. The administration team pays for the servers to stay up, so that modders can continue to host files here. You're essentially comparing apples and oranges.
  2. Well, I figured the topic was dead but if other people are having the issue, it's worth posting here: I ended up completely reinstalling Skyrim to fix the issue. I was unable to find what the problem was, though I suspect it was an error in the scripts still. Either way, I was unable to locate the exact script causing the problem after a few weeks of trial and error, and just gave up and reinstalled everything.
  3. Yeah, I'm getting false positive malware reports in Avast as well. Take LUCR4TiV3's advice a few comments below.
  4. Figured something was going down that caught everyone off guard. Thanks for the update, and sorry your happy vacation time kinda got cut short by the $5000 bill. :P
  5. From what I can tell, it's a script issue. Check out this thread: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/652652-beast-form-for-werewolf-not-working/ I'm experiencing the same issue and haven't found a suitable fix for it yet. I'm thinking I might just reinstall Skyrim if it gets to a point where it bugs me too much. Though that would be a painful last resort, if anything... EDIT: Well, I went into my Skyrim Scripts folder in the hopes of trying something a bit different. Moved the two scripts I had in there that started with "Werewolf" out into a temporary folder in My Documents, then went ingame to see if that fixed anything. Added beast form via console, activated it and I began to transform. None of the people in the city seemed too bothered by this, and when the transformation was done, I was frozen. I tried moving around a bit, then jumped and suddenly all controls were restored, but I wasn't *really* in Werewolf form. I could still see the pouch on my butt from my Iron Armor, my sword in its sheath and my face peeking out from underneath the Werewolf's neck. Additionally, all of my animations and attacks were still available to me as if I was a human still. I could also access the Character Menu for some reason. It's progress, but I wanted to be a Werewolf, not wear a Werewolf coat.
