Yes sir / maam I have, I tried all of that, even turned off my UAC, still, however, my esp file will not appear in NMM, nor in the Skyrim Data when you launch it. This could be ....100% of the issue. When I attempt to untick "Read only" from a folder, it always goes back to being read only. Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow. Also Mshoap13 Thank you for your help/

Yes, I have tried this. It refuses to recognize the .esp file, as in, I can't load it in to the mod manager.

Do you mean run the Skyrimlauncher.exe as administrator? If so, I've tried this to no avail. Now I've copied the skyrim folder to the deskktop, put my mods in the new data folder, ran it as administrator, and still nothing.

Alright, so, I went through the tutorial with the Creation Kit, works like a dream. Saved my mod and all that, but, when I go to load them up under "Data files" in skyrim, only the main skyrim is there. My mods are in Local Disc C:\Program Files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data When I hope data files in skyrim, only Skyrim.esm is there I'm quite lost, anyone help?
