Check out the SKSE64 Fix thread. It will give you a way to revert back to 1.5.16.xxxx version of SkyrimSE (which is the version used by the most recent version of SKSE64). Steam/Bethesda updated the program on 11/29/17 to SkyrimSE version 1.5.23.xxxx,
