I have the exact same problem. Currently I'm trying to merge my wmx compatibility patches to get them to stop fighting. I do that with FNV plugin. But it's a lot of work, since I have to resolve conflicts among the patches, add masters and sort them so that they would be in a correct order etc. It's a mess and knowing what load order is the best would help me a lot, since it would solve most of my issues for me. Help people!
