  1. I was curious if anyone has ever made an audio fix for Settlement homes. Always felt really strange that no matter how padded your walls are, you still feel like your outside because the "homes" do not pad the sound like a real house nor does it block the Ambient sunlight. Even if you are surrounded by Concrete walls in all directions, Lined with Wood, and have a Carpeted home that is fully furnished... The atmosphere is still like your standing outside. I was hoping after all these years, someone would have come up with a solution to this.
  2. I can get OBJ's and FBX's into Zbrush but when I export them, they get all weird and broken. Like its not exporting the right way. Can someone help?

  4. Can someone please tell me how to get a mesh from Fallout 4, into zbrush. Edit the mesh and textures, and properly reimport the model? I am a digital artist with a lot of talent and would like to create some mods. I work for Daz3D as a professional artist. https://www.daz3d.com/ My mods will be worth having, Trust me. but I cannot for the life of me find one single video tutorial on how to do this from Fallout 4. I know people are doing it... So I know its possible. I just need a tutorial video, or, someone to tell me how.
  5. Is there a sculpt menu for Fallout 4 similar to RaceMenu for Skyrim? There is some Target area's of my characters face that need to be smoothed out. Theres also target areas that are NEVER addressed no matter how many slider mods I download. Which is, Jowls and Cheeks. (I want to get rid of the Sunken Face syndrome of my character and cannot!) Very important part of the face! Completely and utterly ignored by both modders and by Bethesda. Drives me nuts that all of my female characters look like Danica Patrick because they are perma stuck on Sunken Cheeks. and there is no smoothing of any sort in the sliders. Sometimes you end up with a very jagged face. I do have Zbrush and Blender but I dont know if that would work, or how to re import the new face... Matter of fact I dont even know how to export my characters face as a Nif but theres gotta be some way to edit the face, beyond simple sliders... https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29624
  6. Yeah I dont get it... its very bugged. Wont allow forward progress on any faction. I reverted to the old version, but it crashes to desktop if I try to mod my armor... I cant win for losing... :/
  7. I figured it out! It was the latest version of AWKCR. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6091?tab=files Once I downloaded v4.02a everything was back to normal... AWKCR (v8.6.0) = BAD Keeps every faction overhaul at level 1 Dont download it.. Really wish I can delete the whole thing but I have like 7, very important mods that rely on it... If I lose it. It creates a domino effect of disabling mods I really enjoy. The only thing I can do, is play on the old version and hope the MA reads this, and knows what inside his mod is causing it and addresses the issue.
  8. I dont think its the program... Everything installs... Theres something else going on, and I dont think the installer is the problem. I've been using NMM for like 7 years and this problem only started recently. Maybe its a mod I have installed thats knocking out the upgraded raiders? Thing is... Also all the mods I have installed are my typical mods that I been using for years. The only thing new, is AAF Sex Mods. (Got bored) lol.... I figured maybe that was it. I removed all of those and still my raiders are spawning with really basic, level 1-5 armor sets. It really bothers me, because they were very intimidating looking with the Raider Overhaul. But now their back to cheese grader mode with beta male armor and HP. It works, sometimes... and sometimes it dont... The new raider names and classes and new spawns are correct, the HP comes and goes...sometimes the raiders will spawn correctly.. it comes and goes. Its like the mod is half way installed... Oo edit: I just noticed, its doing that with Deadly Gunners now too... level 56, and the gunners are literally spawning with "Light Combat Armor" something is keeping my NPC's at level1...
  9. None of that worked... is there a way to manually delete anything that changes the actors in the game? Something in the factions files is messing with them and I got a crazy amount of mods running. I'd rather just reboot my factions. One thing I hate about NMM is that, while its good... It leaves behind many files on an uninstall. I have a feeling, the issue I'm facing is one of those files that NMM isnt uninstalling.
  10. I'm having an issue where even with Deadly Commonwealth, & Raider overhaul with AE patches installed... They are still the same weaklings... I know for a fact they should be spawning with Heavy Metal armor and stuff. I've played with these two mods for ages now. So I know what to expect. BUT... All the sudden, Randomly, They are hardly even wearing one armor and its usually, "Raider Leathers" Sometimes even, "Light Raider Armor" They are so WEAK! Ive tried moving the mods up in my load order. That didnt take. So I put it at the bottom. They seemed to work... For a moment... But then stopped working. The names are about the only thing that seem to take effect. I see Raider Freaks, but... They are just as pathetic as a Raider Scum. I'm confused here. Can someone please help me fix this? I'm like.. Dusting them badly! They dont have a chance in hell against me and its very very boring. It's happened twice now, on two fresh installed Fallout 4's. So I know I cant be the only one whos had this issue.
  11. So, on oblivion, back in 07 and 08, and Fallout 3. The house decoration was done with, basicly a crane like mechanic. Where the item is held by what felt like two fingers... it would pin point exactly where on the mesh you clicked, by your cross hairs, and enact the crane mode from that exact spot. Its weird but I actually prefer that method. Rather then more modern, with Skyrim and Fallout 4, where when you pick something up. You have a static Death grip on the item... Any mods out there that reintroduce the crane mechanic? If not, is it possible? Thats whats prevented me from decorating my house for all this time.... They ruined the way you make your house look cool.

(Aka knocking out the thief's guild and The Dark Brotherhood, before the main quest line) Whats sad, and true, is that on Feb 5th, the day that he died (Christopher Plummer). I was at High Horathgar. Being named Dragonborn with my 100th character, but I made her myself. I put more effort into her creation then anyone else in all of my skyrim history... Maybe it was fate?... in any case, I owe it to Christopher Plummer, to complete the Main Questline in this play though with this character, in honor his memory. Seems how she was inaugurated, on the very day Arngerirs voice actor passed away. RIP- Christopher Plummer - Wind, Guide you.
  13. And what's your point? If you can't be bothered to do the research, then you are in no position to complain about what others are doing. I am more agree with Rasikko. I've been there myself trying to learn how to mod Fallout 4, and Witcher 3 and Skyrim. Where they give you the Basic ideas... but leave out fine details that are key to a functional mod. I believe they do this, to rconceal information so that nobody has enough knowledge to threaten their spot in endorsements. You have to dig for hours weeks, and even months, and, in my case, NEVER finding an answer for something as basic as exporting a model into Zbrush... It cant be much more then a 5 step process but that information is well hidden among the "elites" You have to be in the Upper up before they start giving you real answers to real questions and not just "link you" to a 8,000 word document.... As far as, "If you dont like it, make your own." Its a pretty nieve answer, to assume everyone on earth has 10 hours a day of free time to on their hands to first learn this huge learning curve of modding, and then make a mod. Some of us, like me, have children and a family to take care of, and a full time job. Theres no way I can sit there and convert all my male armors, to female with 3 children and a wife and a job to take care of. I appreciate the modders, but they have way more free time then me. I'm lucky if I am able to get one dungeon dive a day in skyrim without being interrupted. Let alone ask me to make my own mods... lol... It takes me 8 weeks to get to level 40. Cause I just dont have the time I wish I had, to play. This post alone just chewed up half of my free time I get in a day... You try to make a mod with a life that busy.
  14. Yep got those ones. I usually Page-2-Page the SkyrimSE/Mods/Armor section until I find suitable stuff.... UNP, and a few others, while popular, and a good mod, credit where credit is due, tends to turn skyrim bandit camps into a 13th Century strippers club. lol
  15. Thanks for the information. I'll check some of these out. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind if there IS sexy outfits. But... its hard to miss how reviling the outfits are. Especially if youve never played skyrim. I wanted to show my sister how cool Skyrim was, but she got the wrong impression of the game, because of the outfits... She didnt tell me, until a year later when I asked why she never played. She said, because skyrim objectifies women, like, REALLY bad, all the men look normal, but all the women have their tits hanging out and their ass showing. the steel armor barley covers their nipples. What kind of armor is that? If nothing else but to serve as an outfit to objectify women as a sex object to be oggled at. and my sister isnt even a feminist. I mean that tells you something about the outfits... She was unaware they were installed mods, of course, but that dosnt change the validity of her point. When she pointed it out, I couldnt unsee what she showed me. And... I kind of agree with her.
