  1. Upon booting up New Vegas today I was greeted with some UI errors, and it seems many of these elements are no longer working - such as the pipboy. I cannot think of an explanation except maybe a virus but my virus scan didn't pick up anything. New Vegas was working fine last night and I've made no changes to it between then and now.
  2. Absolutely. That would be incredibly helpful, thank you. Is that a scriot extender plugin?
  3. Drakortha Productions has been creating video content for Fallout 3 and we're looking to hire able modders to assist us in reaching our development goals. This isn't a recruitment thread - I am merely interested in your opinion and if something like this would be attractive to some of you on here. Work will include things such as custom animation and rigging, level design, and creating complete scenes for cinematics. (I realize this is a forum for New Vegas discussion. However the Fallout 3 forum is practically dead, and New Vegas modding is nearly completely transferable to Fallout 3 modding)
  4. Hello, Some years ago, I created a Machinima movie called The DC Chronicles and with the help of the forums back then, a water chip model was created for a scene. The model was perfect, and even had havok physics applied to it. I'm not sure if the modder created this model by scratch, or imported it from somewhere, but the creator hasn't been online since 2011 and we're needing the model again for a follow up video. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know  http://i.imgur.com/GkaQwy3.png
  5. That looks great :) Is there any way we can have it look older and more worn out? Like in the images I posted in the OP.

  7. Some time ago in Fallout 3 an addon was made. It allowed me to simply shoot an NPC with the Groovatron gun (http://www.nexusmods...lout3/mods/3284), then "mark" that character. Then walk to any location and using a hotkey, place a marker. From there, pressing the "i" button would order the NPC to walk to the marker I set. "u" would order them to run. This was really useful and saved a lot of time in the creation of machinima, as I could create many scenes on the fly without having to run the GECK every time I wanted an NPC to walk 10 feet. If someone has an idea on how to make this possible for me once again, I would be very grateful. Many Thanks, -D
  8. I'm going to bump this because I still need this tool.

  10. bump! please somebody make this :)
  11. Good to see some more support on this :)
  12. Also after doing all kinds of searches it seems a mod like this has been requested many times. But nobody has made it yet :/
  13. Hi guys. I was wondering about the possibility of adding more headbobble to Skyrim to increase the sense of immersion instead of feeling like I am floating through the world. I'm thinking it could go like this; Walking: Small bobble. Just enough to feel like we are actually moving. Running: medium to heavy bobble. Could use the same amount of bobble that is in vanilla sprint. Sprinting: Heavy bobble. More than vanilla. Sprinting isn't ideal if you are want to take in the sights ;)
  14. Hey guys. I'm willing to pay the first modder who can put together the following mod for me: A tool similar to the groovatron. Shooting an NPC would bring up a menu where I'd be able to select that NPC for movement (maybe more than one NPC?). After that I can walk to another spot and activate another item in my inventory which places a marker for the selected NPC. After that, pressing U on the keyboard will make that character walk from their current location to the marker I specified. Hitting "i" on the keyboard makes the NPC run to the marker. I'll pay a bonus if you can add the ability to mark more than 1 NPC at a time, and also if I can place multiple markers and have an NPC follow them in order (like a point a, b ,c, d, etc). Both F3 and NV support will be appreciated as well if it can be done! You can contact me directly at [email protected]

  16. Hey guys. I'm currently in the process of writing a new Machinima series based in Fallout New Vegas. Things like script writing, recording, editing, and publishing are things I am able to cover well. But a lot of the GECK work involved goes over my head so I'm hoping to find an individual who might want to become part of the project. I once directed a series called DC Chronicles (Fallout 3). The entire first season can be found at my website here; http://www.drakortha.info/ Back then it was the same deal - I covered pretty much everything except most of the GECK work. Since that show was cancelled in 2010, I've been unable to bring the old team back together, as everyone has moved on to college or work. Here are just a few examples of the modding done for DC Chronicles - Populating the front of Megaton with brahmin pens, traders, tents, and caravaneers and guards - Having 10+ NPC's set on a route (like a caravan). They only started walking when I pulled a switch in-game (in this case it was a vault door lever) - A custom eyebot mesh and texture. Image: http://t1.gstatic.co...jvYkvxtptBJFxlw - A "water merchants" store in megaton, with its own sign! Inside had a boss upstairs in his office, a guard, and shelves around the place filled with bottled water. Pumps downstairs too. If you enjoy working with the GECK and want to be part of creating a Machinima series let me know at [email protected] or post in this thread. Feel free to link any Nexus mods you have created as well :) Thanks, Aaron
  17. Hey guys. If you have ANY questions about the position feel free to ask Examples of the kind of work that was done in Season 1. Season 2 stuff will be very similar - Populating the front of Megaton with brahmin pens, traders, tents, and caravaneers and guards - Having 10+ NPC's set on a route (like a caravan). They only started walking when I pulled a switch in-game (in this case it was a vault door lever) - A custom eyebot mesh and texture. Send a showcase of your work too if you can, I'd like to have a look at your previous stuff :) Thanks, Aaron
  18. Hey guys. It's been a while, but I'm finally in a position where I'd like to continue my popular series The DC Chronicles and bring out the long awaited 2nd season. The first season can be found easily through a Youtube search (There are many re-uploads of the show, but I no longer have it uploaded on my channel). I'm hoping for some assistance once again from the stellar modding community at the forums here. Season 1 wouldn't have been possible without you guys, and Season 2 certainly won't be either. The way I work on my Machinima's is very instinctive. There isn't much in the way of organization, storyboards, scripts, or deadlines. I have ADHD so doing any of these things would be a challenge, so I tend to just go with whats in my head. For modding I usually reach out to you guys when I need it. Sometimes I might not PM you for weeks and then suddenly "BOOM". I need something built in the GECK  Basically I'm looking for peeps who are reliable and active, and don't mind getting work at random times with tight deadlines. Some people prefer it to be more organized than this but this is just how I work. My creative moods come and go several times a day. I'm not good with the GECK. Examples of the kind of work that was done in Season 1. Season 2 stuff will be very similar - Populating the front of Megaton with brahmin pens, traders, tents, and caravaneers and guards - Having 10+ NPC's set on a route (like a caravan).
