Oh thanks! I deactivated everything but PN & nskies and ran around for a bit, missed the other stuff and reinstalled everything and ILO. Opened a save from before entering the Hotel and it worked just fine. Weird weird weird.

My game was working just fine, entering and exiting any other building. But I cant leave the hotel from either door without a CTD. It will even autosave, but loading that will still crash. I didnt do any changes to mods while inside. Have since uninstalled Interior lighting overhaul, but that didn't help.
