"My inspiration will be the Oblivion menu, with its old paper parchment and medieval symbols." That just doesn't fit Skyrim at all. Oblivion is also a terrible game to base a UI on. Especially considering all people ever did with that UI was try to get it to look as closely to Morrowind's as possible. If you want inspiration you should look at Morrowind and bring it to 2011 standards. Adding paper parchment to the otherwise dark, cold, and sleek look of Skyrim is really out of place. It's also a lot of work wasted on actually improving the accessibility of the menus which is the most important part for PC gamers playing a game designed around console controllers.

This mod would've been perfect if it didn't change the Vivec Arena. Oh well.
