I've been getting this as well. It redirects me to a empty page with the usual "your mod is downloading" but nothing is actually happening.

Yes, I have it in my load Order, But that doesnt seem to fix this issue.

So, For the past few weeks I've been using Photoreal ENB, Granted, There are better ENB's but with my current computer setup (Which isn't nothing great really, but it still gets the job done either way.) But there has been something that gets in the way with gameplay and visually distracting. Notice the Lines and Stripes on my Follower. So far I tried everything, Even iblurdeferredshadowmask in my skyrimpref.ini to see if anything changed, no luck. so is there anything that can fix this?

Seems like the textures are just missing or not put in correctly.

I am not fairly new to modding such as homebrew's, rom-hack's,etc. (if you want to classify that as modding or not, that's up to you.)but I am new to nexus and the forum's. As for what I have modded if there is a curious one in the crowd, Skyrim, Witcher 3 and Fallout: 3. I don't get alot money to buy so many games so if anything I just make do with what I currently have, and I've been having a blast so far.
