I looked all over online and no one seems to have the same error. So, I'm at the part of the quest where you use the focusing crystal and talk to the Synod guy. Just as he says he's going to report back and we haven't heard the last of this, the quest completes, the screen goes white and I'm instantly teleported to Winterhold. Arcano has started tampering with the eye of Magnus and I'm in the hall of elements off to the side of the room. The magical barrier is blocking my way and I have to console command collision through it. Another odd thing, the elder scroll I have in my inventory is gone and in the Arcanium as if I've sold it. I've reloaded the save and get the same results very time. I even console command the quest and it still happens. Could a mod be responsible or just a hopeless glitch?

I've been having issues in the past several days and it seems to have increased when I started playing the Dragonborn DLC yesterday. This is a relatively recent new game, 87 hours, but I've been getting frequent CTD in the past few days. I've been trying to keep my mods updated, running Boss, FNIS, ASIS, AV,and Dual Sheath Redux patchers after every change or modification. Here is my load order as sorted by BOSS:
