  1. Is it okay to clean a dirty esp on an old save and continue playing on that save or do i need to start a new game?
  2. Are mods that add "weapons only" to the leveled lists like Immersive Weapons compatible with a mod that adds "armors only" to the leveled lists? I'd like to know because I try to keep my mod list simple so that it doesn't need a bashed patch. That's because anytime I try to use one it just makes my game more unstable.
  3. I was wondering if a mod that adds only weapons to the leveled lists like Project Weaponry is compatible with mods that add only armors/clothing to the leveled lists like Spice of Life? I try to mod all my games so that I can avoid using a merged patch because whenever I make one it just makes my game more unstable. If I run these two mods together will npcs be able to have both the weapons and the armors/clothing both mods have to offer at the same time?
  4. Discovered it was the updated unofficial fallout 3 patch. On the fook2 page it says it's okay to use the patches, but after reading through the fook2 comments section I found out it was indeed that patch. He should not recommend any unofficial patches for his mod in it's current state. If anyone else has crashes, try to not use the patch and see if makes your game more stable. FOOk2 and Marts Mutant Mod are both great overhauls that everyone should try!
  5. Hello, I've been having trouble lately getting fook2 and marts mutant mod to work nicely with each other. I've kept my mods to a minimum but for some reason I can't get the game stable at all. Below is my current load order for my game. I've made sure to activate archive invalidation through FOMM. I currently have the GOG version of Fallout 3 which has the 4gb aware patch and the cpu fix in the ini settings. And I've also tried multiple clean reinstalls for fallout 3 and re-downloaded every single mod that I use to make sure that no files were corrupted. But nothing helps! My problem is that whenever I start a new game everything runs fine up until I leave the vault and explore around the first area. When I make my way to the Springvale school and fight the raiders my game becomes unplayable. I am able to kill a few and explore inside the school before my game just freezes. This happens no matter what I do, and usually the rest of my saves from CASM are also affected. I really don't understand what is going on as I've kept the amount of mods I have small. Usually when I deactivate all the FOOK2 stuff in my load order the game becomes much more stable and doesn't crash in the spots where it usually does. So far I've tried cleaning all the dirty mods with FO3edit but that didn't really help at all. I've noticed on LOOT it says that for FOOK2 - [DIK] DLC Improvement Kit.ESM "This plugin has a header version of 0.85, which is less than the game's minimum supported header version of 0.94." Could this be the reason my game is crashing? If so, how do I change the header version of the ESM to 0.94?

I was wondering if anyone could take all the weapons and armors from Francescos Creatures and Items - V5 https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40190 and Oblivion War Cry https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/34673 and combine them with the leveled lists in Immersive Weapons 2 https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/43879 I love the look of all the items Frans and War Cry adds but don't like any of the gameplay changes. Immersive Weapons 2 is very good, but lacks any armor additions. Also, could you remove all the offhand weapons from all three mods?

Is there a way to install major overhauls like Frans and War Cry and have the bashed patch totally ignore every feature of both overhauls exceptfor their armors and weapons and their leveled lists? That is what I would like. To not use anything else but their leveled list weapons and armors without all the extra major changes the overhauls do to the gameplay.
  8. I was wondering how I would get started in taking the items from 3 different mods and combining only the items (weapons and armors only) and their leveled lists into one custom mod. I am interested in combining all the armors and weapons from Oblivion War Cry and Francesco's Creatures and Items into the Immersive Weapons 2 mod. This will all be for personal use of course and I have no interest in sharing the mod or claiming it as my own work. The items in these mods look really cool and I would like to have all their stuff combined into a giant leveled list weapons/armors mod without all the extra stuff warcry and frans adds to the game. Any basic information that can help me get started would be greatly appreciated.

  10. May someone lead me to a mod that adds blood splatters to the player screen as seen in these videos? I know Deadly Reflex 6 has a splatter effect integrated, but I prefer to use Number 5. I heard people say there are numerous mods out there that can add such an effect, but through fruitless Google searching I am coming up zero. So if anyone knows where i can download such a mod I would appreciate the help. Thank you.
