I started up NV today to find my game was stuttering horribly, micro-stutters and massive-stutters drops galore, it would go from 60 to 30 to to 50 back to 60 in like 3 seconds. Right not the game is unplayable. I've tried disabling NVSR, ILO, Electro City, increasing the amount of cores the game can use, disabling superfetch on windows etc, but nothing's working. It has nothing to do with my save, I started up a new game to test and it was doing the same thing.
