If you're playing on PC you might be able to resurrect him via console btw, Cicero will not duel wield. I blew 2 Daedra hearts making him some daggars :/

I've been using Lydia mostly. Parked her at home when I started the dark brother hood stuff. She's so noisy clomping around with my assassin. How's Cicero work out? What gear you put on him? Lydia was obviously a tank, heavy armor and such. I'm assuming Cicero will be an assassin type. He won't wear the Shrouded Shoes i gave him :(

I didn't really pay much attention and I screwed this all up. Here's the quest steps So during all this, after step 4... I ran off and did some things, I was offered to buy the house for 12k gold. So I bought it, went inside and it's a bloody mess. I saw several things that said "Invesitage this", ended up with a bunch of Butcher Journals. At some point here I was able to accuse Wuunferth and get him thrown into prison, quest was completed with no reward. Anyway, while speaking with the Stewerd to turn in a Bounty kill, I saw under "Decorate" was "Clear up this murderer's mess". Also I purchased kitchen and bedroom upgrades. I found a quest to deliver a thing to Wuunferth, so I took it to him in jail. I saw a dialog option that "The murderer has struck again" and Blood on the Ice started back up, with instructions from Wuunferth to patrol the stone quarter at night. Now Calixto is in my house. He attacks me when I enter, yet I cannot kill him back. (He just kneels in the yield position but won't die) He also will not leave my house to commit another murder, so I cannot kill him and expose him as the real killer. Any way to fix this via console? One of the wiki's said But this is not working for me. All the stages except for "setstage MS11b 10" say "Stage not found", and "setstage MS11b 10" doesn't do anything at all

I have several items (some weighing several stone) that are still in my inventory after completing the quest. I cannot remove them (like store them in my house) because "You cannot remove quest items from inventory" Anyone else have this problem and found a solution? (PC version)

My rogue follower putting away her bow and rushing a snow bear unarmed

After doing some quest where I had an NPC follower tag along, I realized I enjoyed it very much. In Oblivion and Fallout 3, followers were kinda neat but they'd die pretty quick from stepping on a trap or running in front of my Mini-Nuke :P Anyway, I would like to force my follower to only use a certain combat style. Is there an option I'm missing? Like in Fallout 3 I believe your could tell your follower "Only use range attacks" I'm using Jenassa currently and I would like her to only use the bow. Once she put the bow away and charged a bear unarmed, another time we were fighting a pack of bandits and she ran over and grabbed a steel mace a dead bandit dropped and started using that instead of the bow.

seems you are correct. I went to thieves guild to try your idea and paid for an archery skill increase. it is now back to normal value

I haven't used any console commands or installed any mods. I thought maybe my character was just tired so i went to my house and clicked on the bed for 12 hours of sleep, it's still at 15 and is colored red like I have some debuff. I'm using an unenchanted elven bow Actually my skill is 56 (my sneak was 70 ish , i got them mixed up) Anyway, when I look at the Constellation Skills screen, it shows a red 15. When I click on the Archery constellation and it zooms in, it displays my skill of 56 in white, but when i zoom back out it goes back to a red 15

My current game i'm focusong mostly on Archery and Sneaking. I noticed things not dying all of a sudden, and I checked my stats. Archery is down ro 15 from 70+ I don't see any negative magic effects on, and I tried unequipping my armor (I wear all light armor) just in case it was "hindering" my performance or something Any ideas what I can look for?

Couple things maybe you guys can explain to me - When i'm sneaking, it shows "Discovered!" when my horse is behind me. Or a companion. Is there a way to keep that from showing Discovered only when hostile things see me? - Also, when I'm sneaking around, and I spot an NPC in the distance. I have two options, kill it, or let it see me. Aside from running up to it and discovering it will attack me on site, is there a way of determining if something is going to attack me without running up to it and reloading the last save?
