Basically, I reinstalled my fallout 4 from my F drive to my C driver recently. When I got in game I noticed all the hair is pink and the textures for the hair color are missing. I tried verifying my game cache and that didn't help. If anyone can help, I would be super grateful.

So I keep getting this error message when on the custom quest tab in the creation kit. Everytime im under "Quest Stages" and press Properties it gives me this message SCRIPTS: Cannot open store for class "Fragments:Quests:QF_123GuyFromBostonCompani_01002E29_1", missing file? I dont know why its saying this and it's super frustrating. If I get past this bug I will have a custom companion fully done. Please help.

So I recently placed a NPC in my game world a bit ago. He was really barebones and didn't have much to him at all. I recently started dialogue on him and followed a tutorial on it perfectly. I can't get him into the game world anymore and I don't know why because I didn't make a mistake at all. I thought at first the ESP file was all corrupt so I deleted it and made a new one. Still didn't work. I'm new to the creation kit and wanted to get a custom NPC in, but now that I ran into this problem I can't seem to fix it at all. Any help would be majorly appreciated.
